Introduction

Hi, my name is Robert Introini and I am a Junior at Bridgewater this year. I am currently majoring in Physical Education. I was previously majoring in Elementary Education but after coaching high school sports in Mansfield realized I wanted to be a Physical Education teacher instead. I really enjoy seeing the growth and majority that sports can bring to a student and helping a student find their potential or achieve a goal was very interesting to me. I coach both Basketball and Soccer at Mansfield High School. Not only do I enjoy the competitiveness of coaching but also developing relationships through coaching. I currently live in Mansfield and have 2 older sisters one of which just had her second son. I enjoy going to the beach and playing pick up sports in my free time when I can.

While I am very active with coaching and working out my diet is not the greatest. I drink a lot of soda and energy drinks throughout the week. My goal for the summer is to try to cut down on how much caffeine I drink a week and try to be more consistent with a healthy planned out diet to go along with working out throughout the week.
